In short, this is a part of how we are trying to cultivate the culture we can all be proud of and can thrive within.
Speak Up, Step Up:
The primary goal is culture shaping; specifically psychological safety needed for SUSU. Foster an environment of psychological safety by being the safe space for discussion of anything (unless we are legally or morally obligated to not talk about it).
As measured by the conversation continues in an increasingly harmonious way (even spicy can be harmonious)
Work Together, Win Together:
Once we have safety we can work on the secondary goal; which is clarity. Ensuring everyone on Product is informed about the nuance of the beautiful mess and continually evolving thing that is Product. There can be no commit without first their being a discussion about if we all agree or disagree. Convos leading to clarity
As measured by Pluggies acknowledging that they are more clear (know what question to ask next, affirms the agreement, feels heard in their disagreement which helps with being committed to the answer) now than they were before
Keep Growing:
Once we have "teamship" we can work on the tertiary goal and what the podcast is named after; to enable a culture of continuous improvement of daily work through inquiry, conversation, and candor.
Note: Along the way, if possible, we will use this to raise the CP profile. When appropriate and agreed upon by all on video – we may make some videos/snippets public so that we are adding to the industry conversation – to help us all Keep Growing; ✨Together✨
As measured by most Pluggies who interact with this podcast strongly agree we are doing everything we can think of to grow together (squad, function, company, and industry)
Note: Some might say... "it is called Keep Growing Together, but Keep Growing is the tertiary/optional part fo the goals?" Well person that may say that... in order for growth to happen... first, there has to be a feeling of safety. Then we have to have a culture of working together as a team. When those conditions are met, is when the best growth can happen.

Executive Producer / Distribution Manager
Oversees the overall production and ensures the podcast aligns with its strategic goals, maintaining quality and scheduling consistency.
Handles uploading the podcast to platforms, creating engaging titles and descriptions, executes promotional strategies to grow the viewership, including clips, teasers, and slack posts, and ensuring timely releases.
Outcome: Unique Viewers
Output: 1 episode published at least once every other week
Segment Producer
Iterates on the ways the show could be most engaging for the Pluggies
Outcome: At least 4 votes on the topic that was chosen each week
Outcome: Unique Viewers on segment clips
Output: Coming up with the wins, office-hours, and interview segments… and having a vision for how each segment can increasingly get better
Post-Production Producer
Edits raw video footage, incorporating graphics, transitions, and visual effects to produce a polished video podcast.
Outcome: Likes
Output: Full episode, segment clips, teasers, sound-bite clips (private and publicly shareable)
Host
Leads the conversation during the podcast, ensuring engagement, a natural flow, and effective audience connection.
