HOW To apply to Applied Math in Action!
To apply, you will need to fill out the application (click red button) and pay a $25 non-refundable application fee.
To pay, you can use the credit card link, or mail a check to the address below.
We will send you an email soon after we receive your application and payment. If you are accepted, we will send you the registration form and instructions about how to pay the registration fee of $500 or $275.
DEADLINE: You can apply until July 1st, however, if we reach our capacity of 50 students before then, we will close the application process early.

Once you have applied and have been accepted, you will receive an email within two weeks with a link to the registration form. You also will need to pay the registration fee of $500 for two weeks or $275 for one week. If you have registered for one week and would like to upgrade to two weeks, please email us for instructions. (+ an additional $60 if you would like airport pick-up/drop-off -- see registration form for more details).
You can pay this by sending a check to the Catholic University address above, or pay using a credit card using one of the links below. Note that there is a $35 fee if you use a credit card.
