Cardex allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
How to request account deletion
Users can request account deletion directly within the app:
Open the Cardex app
Go to Account & Safety
Select Request Account Deletion
Follow the on-screen confirmation steps

What data is deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, the following data is permanently deleted:
User account
Profile information
Messages
Trust and reputation data
Cardex does not store sensitive personal information such as date of birth, government ID, or precise location.
Retention period
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Some limited data may be temporarily retained if required for legal, security, or abuse prevention purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.
Eligibility
Cardex is an 18+ platform. Users must confirm they are 18 years or older during signup.
