Once both questionnaires are completed, the preschool coordinator will contact you to schedule additional formal special education testing if indicated.
Carbon School District offers FREE professional evaluation by licensed professionals ages 3-5 when screening indicates a need. The evaluation test the areas of speech/language, cognitive skills, motor skills, adaptive skills, and social skills.
