About Us

"The Mane Event" is the official San Juan Hills High School television news program, with the goal of informing the student viewer about important announcements, as well as presenting feature stories, event reports, "on-the-street" interviews, and special segments that will both inform and entertain the viewer. 

"The Mane Event" is produced by the "College and Career Advantage" organization's "Career Technical Education" class: "T.V. Broadcast Journalism," which is taught by Mr. Jason Zuidema in Room F10. Mr. Zuidema is the Supervisor of the Mane Event and the student News Director is Shane Joseph Roberts.
