Friday, November 15 During YOUR Music Class

• REQUIRED FOR ALL MUSIC STUDENTS, worth a grade: All music students will take their group picture during their music class period. Make sure to come to school completely dressed as everyone is in the group photo. Photos, small versions, will be in the yearbook and we send this photo for Disney auditions. Therefore, all students must be in the photo. There is no obligation to purchase.

• REQUIRED: Music students must arrive in the morning to school completely dressed in their complete & correct concert attire.

• REQUIRED: NEW THIS YEAR EVERYONE must bring their instrument! This is changed in 23-24. There were be group photos taken and section photos. Section photos are your instrument groups like trumpets, violas, percussion, etc.

• Click to view the Concert Dress Requirements. Those not wearing the correct outfit will not be able to be in the photo. Please make sure to have correct shoes, socks, and pants.

• Any of the photos can be ordered directly from ArtistryFoto. No obligation to purchase.

• Order information will be sent to a parent/guardian email address directly from ArtistryFoto.

• Photos will NOT be pre-ordered this year except for buddy photos. Information passed out in class and posted below from ArtistryFoto.

• You will be able to view all of your photos before choosing to order anything or not. 

• Photos will be done indoors (no rain delays!), in front of a white "green" screen, and this will allow you many backgrounds to choose from when ordering.

REMINDERS:

• THIS IS IMPORTANT: No clothing of any kind may be stuffed in bags or hung up. Please wear them with a sweatshirt on top if needed! We know this keeps the clothing from becoming wrinkled, dirty, or lost!

• Dress shoes need to be worn, except when walking to and from school or in PE. Don't forget them!

• PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE Wear ALL BLACK FULL LENGTH SOCKS!!!

• Students must be ready at the start of class with their shirts tucked in and buttons buttoned!

• Students may change following their picture if time allows. SORRY, ALL STUDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRYING (STORE IN LOCKER) THEIR OWN CLOTHES FOR THE ENTIRE DAY. We have approx. 250 students wearing concert outfits, they won't stick out, and most importantly we don't have storage.

• The teachers will not be accepting any orders or money. It is all handled via email from the photographer after picture day.

• Make sure to your instrument is clean! Clean them according to instructions so they look nice.

• Undershirts (optional) must be black only. No logos or colors.

BUDDY PICTURE OPTION:

• Buddy photos may ONLY be purchased & taken the day of with the order form and money attached.

• If you want to buddy up with someone in a different music class (must be in a music class), please see Mrs. Petty before photo day, preferably within the next week, so she can get you to come during PAWS or other time.
