Prospective Candidates for the Capistrano Administrative Services Clear Induction Program

Requirements to enroll: 

• Candidates must possess a valid California Preliminary Administrative Services Credential 

• Candidates must have verification of an offer of employment in a full or part-time administrative position in an employing agency as defined in Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations section 80054(g)(1)

• CUSD Administrator during enrollment in the program

Requirements for the Clear Credential Recommendation:

• Verification by CUSD HRS Lead Credential Analyst of two years experience as a full-time administrator by CUSD Human Resource Services  in an employing agency as defined in Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations section 80054(g)(1)

• Evidence of meeting the Six California Professional Standards for Education Leaders (CPSEL) through completion of Individual Induction Plans including 40 annual coaching hours and 20 annual professional learning hours while enrolled in the two-year, job-embedded program
