History

Capitol Uniform & Supply was founded in 1990 by a Connecticut police officer. Continuing that tradition, Lawrence (Larry) Pagan purchased the store in 1999 and has been operating it since. Larry was born to be a public servant. He was a volunteer firefighter in high school, served 27 years as a Connecticut State Police Officer, and cumulated over 30 years of police work. He is also a proud father of four children: two Connecticut police officers, a Coast Guard officer, and a construction manager.
