Capital Touch Rugby plays throughout the Summer and Fall. The season incorporates international and provincial tournaments, local mini tournaments,  senior team mixed games and regular trainings.

Trainings are held on Monday nights 6:30pm-8pm Springhurst Park . All sessions are coached to enhance skills and game based knowledge in preparation for games and tournaments. 

Capital Touch Rugby enters a team in the Ottawa Winter League. There are a total of 22 games throughout the winter in the RA Centre.  Four Teams play in total and is a great way to be part of the wider touch rugby community as well as hone your skills for the summer season.
