Capital Touch Rugby (CTR) is Ottawa's first competitive touch rugby organization that’s affiliated with both Touch Canada (TC) and the Federation of International Touch (FIT). As active members of TC and FIT, our team provides local athletes with opportunities to play touch rugby on a competitive platform at both national and international tournaments, representing Ottawa and Canada. 

Our team was established in 2022 with the aim of furthering interest in the sport within the National Capital Region (NCR). Our co-ed team is made up of a diverse group of athletes from different cultural and sporting backgrounds. We have players of all ages with varied abilities and experiences, many of which have come from rugby union and are using touch as a way to extend their love for the sport. 

Capital Touch players are also proud members of Ottawa Touch Rugby - Ottawa's social touch group, which meets two times per week during the warm seasons, and once per week for the winter dome session.
