K-12 Guidance (339) Plan 

LEAs/CTCs will submit their K-12 Guidance (339) Plan in the FRCPP. 

• The Master List for all LEAs/CTCs can be found in the linked document to the right or here.  

  • This has been updated (3/15/22) and now consists of 3 phases, which are aligned with Comp Plan and Special Ed Plan phases. 

    • The following letter was sent to the field to explain this update.

  • Only LEAs who send students to a CTC or have CTE programs are required to complete the plan. 

Due Dates for K-12 Guidance Plans

• Phase 1 – March 31, 2027

• Phase 2 – March 31, 2028

• Phase 3 – March 31, 2026
