If you would like to request transcripts please use the link below
1. Requesting official transcript to be sent to a college/university, please provide the name of the college(s)/universitie(s) and the admissions email in the google form.
2. Scholarship(s) request for official transcripts please give 3 days to complete your request.
3. Scholarship(s) that required to be sent by email, you will be provided with a unofficial transcript.
4. If your transcript needs to be mailed please come to Student Services and see Ms. Lewicki.
