ACT @ C.I.S.D for Free!

On Tuesday, February 25th, Juniors will be taking the ACT during the school day. No registration will be required for this test – every junior is signed up automatically.

The ACT is a national college admissions exam accepted by all 4-year universities in the US. Either the ACT or SAT is required to attend 4-yr schools as a freshman, plus many scholarships consider ACT scores. The test covers English, Math, Reading, and Science and will be done in time for a late lunch.

Notice for students receiving 504 services:

Does your student regularly have testing accommodations? Is your student planning on attending a 4-year university like WT after high school? If so, we can request that ACT provide testing accommodations for your student. Some things to consider:

• All testing accommodations must be approved by ACT. We cannot guarantee that any accommodation will be approved.
• Extended time accommodations may make this test take 3-5 days to complete.
