As a Google Reference District, Canyon ISD is constantly looking for ways to foster Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Creativity. iCreate is a way to empower our students to express themselves in a public forum. This is not just a conference it is a celebration of individuals and groups. We allow any project that is safe and respectful to others.
Our goal is to have fun and learn throughout the process. We have also partnered with Google to showcase how G-Suite for Education is impacting our students and helping them be safe while exploring, innovating, and creating.
Canyon ISD also asks other vendors to participate and bring interactive activities for Students, Staff, Community, and other Schools that may wish to attend.
There is absolutely no cost to attend. Meals will be provided to Canyon ISD student presenters and workers and food will be available for purchase for attendees.

Anything creative. Some examples include cooking, stage makeup, engineering, woodworking, metalworking, fabricating, crafts, computers, robotics, pottery, art, music (band, theater, choir, etc.)

All CISD students K-12 are encouraged to join in the fun and exhibit a project. Also, the community is welcome to come and view the projects, participate in the activities, and be a part of this day of creativity!
