Quaver Education was adopted as the health education curriculum for Canyon ISD for grades K-5. Quaver Health PE is a digitally based teacher-led resource and meets 100% of the Texas Essential Knowledge Skills (TEKS) for Health. All students will be taught instruction in health education unless noted on the scope and sequence as an opt-in required lesson which requires parent consent through Skyward.

G-W’s resources and activities, helps middle school students make good choices regarding their health and well-being with an evidence-informed, skills-based program. Students will learn strategies to be mentally and emotionally healthy, build healthy relationships, avoid hazardous substances, and promote physical health and safety.
