Final reflection
by Piera De Giorgi
Responsible of Erasmus project and of Erasmus Project KA2 'Double EM: Employ for Employability'
The students have completed a path of knowledge through researches, round tables, works published and shared on etwinning, partnership meetings that allowed them to understand the meaning of 'employability', the importance of possessing 'skills, knowledge, understanding and personal attributes' in order to make a person more likely to choose and secure occupations in which he can be satisfied and successful. The students reflected on the profound meaning not only of employability, such as the ability to obtain an initial job, keep the job and get a new one if necessary, but also the concept of 'personal employability' as 'project management'.
Each participating partner contributed to the realization of the project as established in the design phase.
