Class Overview

The LAUNCH program is a pre-employment program. Its purpose was to help learners not just find employment but find long-term employment that is meaningful to them. LAUNCH was broken down into three main components.1, identifying who the student is, 2, identifying what they want to do for employment, and 3, how to successfully be employed in the career of their choice. The three main topics covered throughout the program were essential skills, employability skills, and a mindset novel study.
