Welcome to the CMS Learning Commons!
I look forward to meeting all of you this year in your Digital Citizenship classes and in the Learning Commons. I'm an avid reader, thinker, and creator who loves all things library. When I'm not reading on my kindle, opening a new hardcover, or listening to an audiobook, you can find me at the theatre, hanging out with my family, or snuggling with our Bernese Mountain dog.

Hi students! My name is Mrs. Allyn and I live in New Hartford with my husband, my kids Bode and Grayson, and our golden retriever Gryffindor.
Once upon a time, I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a business degree. From there I began an exciting finance career auditing ice cream companies (and eating a lot of ice cream), working through a historic corporate scandal, sitting in team meetings on a tropical beach, and traveling to work in different places around the world.
I’ve always loved to learn and to read. Recently, I’ve been enjoying memoirs and am always looking for my next favorite book!
