My name is Nicolette Marinelli and I am a first grade teacher at Cherry Brook. This will be my second year teaching first grade, but my first year teaching it here at Cherry Brook! My favorite thing about first grade is the enthusiasm for learning that the children have and getting to see their smiling faces every single day. I have a B.S. in Elementary Education from Central Connecticut State University, as well as a M.S. in remedial reading and language arts. Reading is my favorite subject to teach! In addition to teaching I enjoy watching movies, reading, dancing, indoor cycling and spending time with my family and my cat, Missy. We are going to have lots of fun in first grade!
