I am so thrilled to be joining Canton Public Schools this year as your new Literacy Innovation Specialist. I have been an educator for over 20 years in other districts, and now I look forward to bringing my skills, knowledge, and energy to my home district!
I'm an avid reader, thinker, and creator who loves all things library. When I'm not reading on my kindle, opening a new hardcover, or listening to an audiobook, you can find me at the theatre, hanging out with my family, or snuggling with our Bernese Mountain dog.
I am currently reading my way through all of this year's Nutmeg Nominees, so please pop by and ask for a reading recommendation! I look forward to meeting all of you this year in the Learning Commons.

I am so excited to be working with CHS students and staff again. Many of you have seen me around the halls for years now as the health aide and most recently as the assistant school secretary at CMS. I live in Canton and have two children who attend Canton Public Schools.
I have a degree in Horticulture and previously owned my own floral business for many years. When I am not running my kids here and there, I enjoy relaxing at home with my family, watching the birds, and building flower gardens.
