Cannon Mechanical, LLC agrees to perform the services described in the approved estimate or invoice. Any additional work requested by the customer that falls outside the original scope may require a revised estimate and additional charges.
Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cannon Mechanical, LLC reserves the right to suspend or delay work for unpaid balances. A service charge of up to 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue invoices.
Customer agrees to pay all costs associated with collection of unpaid balances, including reasonable attorney’s fees where permitted by law.
Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Hidden or unforeseen conditions (including but not limited to concealed plumbing, structural issues, code violations, or inaccessible areas) may result in additional charges.
All estimates are subject to change if project conditions differ from what was originally observed.
Where required, permits and inspections may be necessary and may be included or billed separately.
All work is performed in accordance with applicable local codes and regulations at the time of service.
Cannon Mechanical, LLC provides a limited workmanship warranty on completed work. Specific warranty terms may vary depending on the service provided.
This warranty does not cover:
Pre-existing conditions or failures in existing systems
Customer-supplied materials or fixtures
Improper use, neglect, or lack of maintenance
Systems operating outside of standard code requirements
For plumbing systems, proper pressure is defined as 40–80 PSI in accordance with generally accepted code standards. Conditions outside of this range may void warranty coverage.
Manufacturer warranties apply separately where applicable.
Customer agrees to provide clear and safe access to all work areas.
Cannon Mechanical, LLC is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by:
Obstructed work areas
Inaccessible plumbing systems
Hazardous or unsafe conditions
Pets and animals must be secured away from work areas at all times.
Cannon Mechanical, LLC is not responsible for pets that escape or enter restricted areas during service.
Customer is responsible for:
Removing or protecting personal property near work areas
Providing access to water, power, and necessary utilities
Ensuring an adult (18+) is present or access has been arranged
Cannon Mechanical, LLC is not responsible for damage to unprotected or improperly stored items in immediate work areas.
Changes to scheduled work may affect pricing and scheduling.
Cannon Mechanical, LLC reserves the right to charge for cancellations, rescheduling, or delays that result in lost time or resources.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cannon Mechanical, LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Pre-existing issues within plumbing or structural systems
Damage resulting from unknown or concealed conditions
Liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.
Cannon Mechanical, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Material shortages
Permit or inspection delays
Approval of an estimate, scheduling of service, or payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
