2nd Grade - Online Resources

Clever is a secure online portal that gives students easy access to the educational programs we use in our classroom, including Google Classroom and other learning applications. Instead of remembering multiple usernames and passwords, students simply use their Clever Badge to sign in.

Each student will receive a Clever Badge that will be kept in their take-home folder. To access classroom resources from home:

1.Visit our school's Clever login page.

2. Select "Log in with Clever Badge."

3. Use a phone, tablet, or computer camera to scan your child's Clever Badge.

4. Once logged in, students can open Google Classroom and other classroom learning programs.

Google Classroom is our online classroom hub where important resources and learning materials are organized in one convenient place. Students may use Google Classroom to access assignments, classroom resources, links, announcements, and digital activities throughout the school year.

Your child can log into our Google Classroom using their school gmail account.

Freckle is an online learning platform that provides personalized practice in math, reading, and other academic skills. As students complete activities, Freckle adjusts the difficulty based on their individual performance, helping each child learn at a pace that is just right for them.

In our classroom, Freckle is used to reinforce the skills we are learning during instruction, provide opportunities for independent practice, and help me monitor each student's progress. The program celebrates growth, builds confidence, and ensures that every child is challenged while receiving the support they need.

Students may occasionally use Freckle both at school and at home to strengthen their skills through engaging, interactive practice.
