Google Classroom

I use Google Classroom almost exclusively for assignments in ELA. The majority of students' graded work will be on Google Classroom! Not only that, but daily notes of what we cover in class, along with other helpful resources, will be posted on Classroom as well. Asking your child to show you our ELA Google Classroom, or joining as a parent, is a great way to see what we are learning and working on in class. 

Each day of class, I use a new Google Slides presentation with notes, assignments, and examples. I will post these slides to Google Classroom each day. When students are absent, I expect them to check that day's slides to see what they missed so they don't fall behind in class. They can also begin working on any online assignments that were missed!
