The best way to contact me is through email kcaporale@canfieldschools.net . You can click on any of the above links to take you to those sites.

All classroom information will be posted in Google Classroom. Check Google Classroom daily for homework assignments, messages about quizzes and tests. I will also use the Remind app to share important messages and reminders. All grades will be transferred into Progress Book.

Student work: As parents, we like to help our kids. As a teacher, I want to know that the work presented is the student's work and not that of a parent or anyone else. Please allow your child to do their own work. Feel free to proofread, edit and offer suggestions. Any work turned in that is not the student's own work will be given a zero and not graded.

Please make sure you have a water bottle. The ones with the built in straws work best. We now have a water bottle filling stations so you no longer need to bring more than one refillable water bottle!

Remote Learning Guidelines

Should we ever need to go remote, here are your reminders and directions for class.

* I will check Google Classroom, Remind, and Emails daily.

* I will log on everyday for class instruction through Google Meet during the following times:

3rd Period: Block 1 (9:26 - 10:45)
ACADEMY: (10:46 - 11:16) This time can be used by everyone to answer questions about any assignments or work being done in class.

4th Period: Block 2 (11:50 - 1:10)
5th Period: Block 3 (1:13 - 2:40)

* I will be prepared with my binder and any supplies needed for class.

* I will turn in all homework, projects, quizzes, and tests ON TIME when they are due. (in Google Classroom)

* I understand that I must find a quiet place to work and meet.

* I understand that I will focus and participate during Google Meets.

* I understand that I should ask questions if I don’t understand something that’s being done in class or assigned for homework.

* I understand that if I am absent, I am still responsible for completing all assignments.
