Fire and Safety

• Audit all areas and equipment's with local laws, standards and certifications

• Issue a reports to describe critical state and suggestive corrections

• Add to the PM automation software the external contractors and internal inspections to be up to date with local fire codes

• Inspection of all security entrances, doors and emergency lightnings

• Revise the emergency generators and power banks (Fire pumps, lighting, etc.)

Guests Security

• Master Cards: Revise the brand security standards, rooms access control (guests, staff and external contractors master cards) procedures and security

• Security Cameras System: Areas correctly protected and corrections , access level, database backup time, etc.

• Guest Rooms Doors: Opening procedure and SOPs

• In Room Guests Safe: Procedure to perform a opening with and with out a guest presence

• External Security Contractors : Revise the hiring procedure, background verification, training and maximize the external security tasks
