通常の勤務時間外に行われたトレーニングには、残業が発生するのでしょうか？
Do we get overtime for training that occurs outside normal working hours?

• ほとんどの状況ではありません。プロフェッショナル・ラーニングに従事した時間には、残業は認められません。In most circumstances, no. Overtime will not be awarded for time spent engaging with professional learning.

• 可能な限り、プロフェッショナル・ディベロップメントは通常の勤務時間中に行われます。 Whenever possible, professional development will take place during normal working hours.

• 特別な事情がある場合は、Director of LearningまたはDirector of Finance and Business Operationsに相談して明確にしてください。If there is a special circumstance, please consult with the Director of Learning or the Director of Finance and Business Operations for clarification.

プロ育成に参加しなければならないのか？
Do we have to participate in professional development?

• 児童保護やCA業務に関するトピックなど、専門家としての能力開発が必要とされるトピックもあります。There will be certain topics that are required professional development, such as child safeguarding and CA operational topics.

• トレーニングが任意か必須かについては、事前に通知されます。You will be informed in advance if training is optional or required.

Personal PD Fundingに応募できますか？どのくらいの金額がありますか？
Can I apply for Personal PD Funding? How much is available?

• CAの教職員を対象とした個人PD資金を提供しています。Personal PD funding is available for CA Faculty and Staff.

• 金額はリクエストの種類と役割に応じて決定します。1学年（7月～6月）あたり10万円を上限とします。The amount to be determined based on type of request and role. The maximum amount is ¥100,000 per academic year (July to June).

パーソナルPDの資金は何に使うことができますか？
What can I use Personal PD funds for?

• 個人用PDファンドは、カナディアン・アカデミーでのあなたの役割、または期待される役割に特に関連した、個人的で専門的なスキルアップを目的としています。Personal PD funds are intended for personal, professional upskilling specifically related to your role, or anticipated role at Canadian Academy.

• ご希望のコースがある場合は、Director of LearningまたはDirector of Finance and Business Operationsにご相談ください。Consult with the Director or Learning or Director of Finance and Business Operations if you have a course you would like considered.

• この資金は、あくまでも補助的なものです。一部のコースについては、Director of LearningおよびDirector of Finance and Business Operationsと相談の上、決定されます。The funds are intended to be a subsidy only. Some courses will only be partially funded, to be discussed with and determined by the Director of Learning and Director of Finance and Business Operations.

What if I found a course or programme I wish to join?

• まず、あなたの部門長に相談し、意見を聞いてください。明確化や追加の意見を求めて、学習担当ディレクターまたは財務・ビジネスオペレーション担当ディレクターとさらに話し合います。First consult with your department head for their feedback. Discuss further with the Director of Learning or the Director of Finance and Business Operations for clarification or additional input.

• これが実行可能なトレーニングオプションであると合意された場合、あなたはKISSFLOW PD Opportunity Requestを提出するように求められます。If it is agreed that this is a viable training option, you will then be asked to submit a KISSFLOW PD Opportunity Request.

• 部署長や学習部長に相談する前にKISSFLOW PD Opportunity Requestを提出した場合、最終的な決定がなされる前に、それらの話し合いを行うように求められます。If you submit a KISSFLOW PD Opportunity Request before speaking with your department head and Director of Learning, you will be asked to hold those discussions before a final decision is reached.
