Current Students
Seniors who graduated with the Class of 2021 should follow the instructions for "Current Students" until the 2021-2022 school year begins.
Unofficial Transcripts can be requested in the Guidance Office, or by emailing Ms. Urias, burias@campverdeschools.org, or your guidance counselor.
Official Transcripts can be requested by:
Completing the CVHS Transcript Request Form and returning it to Ms. Urias in the Guidance Office (transcripts requested with this form will be sent via USPS Mail.)
Submitting your transcript request through MajorClarity (transcripts requested through MajorClarity are sent electronically to the recipient through Parchment, a secure digital service used by many K12, Higher Education, and State Agencies.)
PLEASE NOTE: If you order your transcript to be sent by USPS mail, it could take longer than average due to COVID and volume increase for the mail. If you are concerned about delays, please order an electronic transcript through MajorClarity.

To request your transcript, please complete the CVHS Transcript Request Form. The form should then be mailed or faxed to:
