Advisor
Welcome! I am very excited to be the CCS NJHS Advisor this coming school year! A little about me: I am the middle school science teacher here. This is my 10th year in education. This past year I received my doctorate degree in educational leadership.
What I love about NJHS is all that we do for the community, both inside the school building and outside.
Something I am looking forward to this year is hwlping our students continue to learn and grow and organizing different events like the Turkwy Trot.

I am a hard-working and driven individual who isn't afraid to face a challenge. I'm passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done. I would describe myself as an open and honest person who doesn't believe in misleading other people and tries to be fair in everything I do.
I joined NJHS because I wanted to strive to become a better person.
I look forward to learning more and become stronger at all my subjects .

My name is Tesla, and I love cheerleading. I’ve spent 8 years at Campus and love all the teachers here! My favorite color is pink, and I even dyed my hair a little bit pink in the past. I love reading graphic novels like The Babysitters Club and more! I have 3 siblings and a big family that loves me a lot. I joined NJHS because I knew it would be a great learning opportunity for me to step out of my comfort zone and speak to crowds more. So far, I have helped many people at and outside of school. One of my goals is to stay inside of NJHS and even get into the NHS! I am looking forward to field trips and going on trips with my NJHS peers this year! I love traveling, so field trips are always my favorite.

Hi my name is Kason Alston and my role in NJHS is the Parliamentarian. I like to do sports such as play football and sometimes basketball. I also like to watch those sports. I am very funny, A little more about me is that I seem very quiet, I like to socialize with my friends and do things with them. I am good and like to play video games and I am the best at board games! I also like to help out kids and motivate them to get better at whatever they're doing and that I'm helping them with. I am someone that you can count on and a helping hand.
I joined the National Junior Honor Society because I am smart and feel like I deserve to be here. I also feel like this pays off all the 3s and 4s I have had since Kindergarten on campus. I feel rewarded to be in this organization and this also motivates me to keep 3s and 4s, and to never back down, and never give up! When I first heard about this organization I was surprised, because since I was in Kindergarten like I stated earlier I always got 3s and 4s and I was known as a sweet kid and that I never got in trouble. So when I heard about this I felt rewarded and that I deserve to be here.
Something I am looking forward to this year is keeping my grades up and staying in NJHS. I also look forward to what field trips I will go on with my peers and what we will come upon. I am very excited to spend this year and years to come with my fellow members!

My name is Angel, and my favorite color is turquoise. I do cheerleading, and I used to do gymnastics. I like to watch TV, and I prefer graphic novels over chapter books. Although my favorite book is Cinder And Glass. Lastly, I’m in Seventh grade, and this is my 7th year at Campus! I joined NJHS Because I like to help the community and because It can help me build my people skills by going out and talking to other NJHS members from different schools at conferences.
I’m looking forward to the trip to Chicago because I have never been there before and the conference is going to be fun!

I’m Elizabeth Rodriguez, but I want people to call me Liz. I’m 12 years old, and I’m in 7th grade. My favorite hobbies are sports I love playing basketball and flag football. I love painting and anything related to customization. I’m a sneakerhead, and my favorite shoe is a Jordan 4. I love hanging out with friends and family. I joined NJHS because when I looked into it, I saw that it would be an amazing opportunity. I also thought that being in NJHS would give me more amazing opportunities, and the things I learned here would help me in the long run. Things I’m looking forward to this year are amazing field trips. Also, all the things I will be able to accomplish and be able to learn. I’m looking forward to the Chigaco trip because it will be a great experience. The thing I’m looking forward to the most is making a difference. I want to do some fundraisers to get a new gym floor because the sports that play there don’t have good traction and fall a lot.
