Long-distance running
When the complexities of the 3.5 PN Lagrangian planetary equations become overwhelming, I love to go for a run! I’m passionate about long-distance running and have competed in the Paris Marathon in 2023, the Copenhagen Marathon in 2024, and the Helsinki Marathon in 2025. The next one is the International Mt. Fuji Marathon in December 2026.
I never forget to pack my running shoes for every conference :)

Another reason I love running is that it balances my other passion: baking, especially sweet treats. If academia doesn’t work out, I already have a backup plan—I’ll open a bakery!

Hiking
I was born and raised surrounded by mountains, and they’ve always been a big part of my life. Naturally, I love hiking and climbing—though I stick to via ferrata rather than real rock climbing.
