An Impact Project is important because it explicitly aims to develop the 21st century skills students require for careers and further study. These skills are: collaboration, communication, critical thinking, creativity and citizenship. They also include building resilience in learning and improving leadership skills. In Years 7-10 students at Campion College are expected to participate in the Impact Project programme in Years 11-13 Impact Projects are optional.
