Riposte App

Riposte is a mobile application tool used by schools and organisations to gather feedback from their students or employees. People can post their highs and lows for the day, in the form of "fistpump" and "facepalm" moments, in a way that can be seen and supported by their friends, family or followers, or in a way that is private. People know when posting on Riposte that the aggregated data is provided to schools and organisations to gather feedback on specific topics or programmes, and to measure the wellbeing of their school or workplace communities. Design measures have been incorporated into the application to utilise the popularity of social media, but with a structure and format to minimise the opportunity for bullying and harassment. The trending data, which can be viewed for different age groups and different locations, acts as a signal system for when issues may be emerging and can provide "conversation starters" to address issues before they grow to be bigger problems. How to use Riposte

We are using this app to fuel our mission!

We want to our topic to start trending and create awareness around plastic in our oceans.

Each week you need to post AT LEAST once each day we have class - that's Wednesday and Friday. This can be either a Fistpump or a Facepalm - it's up to you! Remember to hashtag #litterproject

You are not limited to just these posts - you can do a Fistpump and a Facepalm each day. Feel free to post more often if the situation calls for it. You can also post in relation to other topics that are important to you.
