I am excited that you are sticking with Camp Gladiator and have joined our BOLD Family! I am proud of you for committing to yourself and your goals for the next 6, 12, 24+ months.
My job as your personal trainer is to help you reach your goals in fitness, health and more. To do that, let's plan on attending camp a minimum of 3-4 times a week! I would love to see you each week, but know that I will send my on-demand workouts (5x/week) and that you can attend any and all locations as part of your membership!

As a new BOLD member, you receive a BOLD SHIRT as a gift from me! This is one of many CG t-shirts that you will earn as you hit different milestones. You should receive an email that asks you to confirm your size and address.
If you joined for 12 or more months, then you received a PIF code to share with a friend to try out 4 weeks of camp with you. You will receive the code in your email and it is only good for 30 days so ACT FAST
As part of your BOLD membership, you earn points for each check-in and friend referral that can be used towards your monthly payment or CG Gear. Your check-ins and friend referrals add up and you hit different LEVELS. With each LEVEL UP you earn a NEW SHIRT as a gift from me, more points per check-in and friend referrals...PLUS bragging rights! The 5th week of camp is our Community Week! You can look forward to a full, consistent Camp schedule Monday through Wednesday and Saturday of Community Week. (TH & FRI off live camps/ On-Demand workouts provided for VIRTUAL and BOLD+ members)
You can also invite a friend for their FIRST CG workout, so it'll be easier than ever to bring a buddy with you to try CG (who doesn't love a new workout buddy to join them)!
