All CG Trainers will be using the ZOOM virtual platform. Accountability, motivation and an AMAZING community will be at your fingertips from the comfort of your own home.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

• Space to move...outside, garage, parking lot, etc.

• Workout Mat

• Dumbbells

• Towel

• Water

• Other Equipment will be announced in advance. (Example: sturdy chair or step stool.)
