Tech Help Live for All Students
Our Technology Department recently updated TechHelp to better support Distance Learning. This includes new accounts for all students, Grades TK-5 as well as updated ticket categories for Distance Learning. All students can now sign into TechHelp by visiting https://techhelp.campbellusd.org and signing in with their full CampbellUSD email address and password. If parents wish to submit a ticket on behalf of their student, they can sign in with the student credentials. These credentials are available to them in their PowerSchool Parent portal.
All tickets submitted by elementary student accounts have a required field for a parent/guardian email address so that the Tech team can directly follow-up with the parent to ensure the issue is resolved. The full announcement will come in next week's newsletter, but students can start submitting their tickets today.
From the parent portal, you should find your student's Google username and password.
Sign in to your parent account
In the left hand column, click on "Student Account Information"
A page opens with the student's username and password
If you do not have a parent portal account, click the “Create Account” button to set one up.
If you are unable to access/find your child's username/password, please email your child's teacher.
Clever is accessed by using the student's google account. Students are able to access learning apps such as Seeesaw, Google Classroom, Google Drive, iReady, Khan Academy, Typing Club, and more. You can access this page via the CUSD Student Resources Page.
Access via Clever (see above). Students must be logged in via your child's CUSD Google credentials.
