Homework

Third graders typically have homework each night Monday through Thursday. Homework is meant to be additional practice for the skills that are being learned in the classroom.

• Spelling Words are assigned on Mondays. Spelling tests are on Fridays. Students should study spelling words daily in order to be prepared for the spelling test.

• Reading homework is assigned daily (Monday-Wednesday). It is due the following day.

• Math homework is assigned daily (Monday-Thursday). It is due the following day.
