Colored Card Behavior System

All students will begin each day with a green card! They are good to go, and it's a fresh start for all.

Should a behavior issue arise during the school day, the student will have their card moved. Please see below for the definition of each colored card:

Green= Excellent Behavior

Yellow= Warning

Orange= Note Home {From Student and Signed By Teacher}

Red= Phone Call Home {From Student With Teacher Present}

Purple= Office Referral

The students will be expected to be responsible for their daily behavior sheet {pictured below}. If a student is on orange, red, or purple, a parent/guardian signature will be required for that day.
