Process for filling a position
Request to Hire form completed and sent to HR.
HR and Finance meet to approve the new hire, look at the budget, and suggest pay rate, as well as update the CEO.
Once the position is approved, the supervisor can begin looking for a perfect candidate. HR will assist in recruitment if needed.
Once the candidate is selected, the application should be sent to HR. HR will perform a background check.
Once the background check has cleared, HR will schedule the candidate with a member of the Executive Team.
HR will then send an offer letter with benefit information.
Once the candidate has accepted, the supervisor sets a start date and takes over communication and welcome.
HR will offer benefits and complete paperwork at the 30 and 90 day mark for full-time Barnabas employees.

Health Insurance acceptance or declination after 30 days
Dental/Vision paperwork after 30 days
