Cambridge City Schools administers state-required assessments in English language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies, including Ohio’s State Tests and required high school end-of-course exams. These assessments are required by state and federal law and help measure student progress, guide instruction, identify student needs, and support graduation and accountability requirements. The district also gives diagnostic assessments three times per year to monitor growth and guide intervention decisions. Testing information is available through the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce and the Ohio State Tests Portal. Testing time varies by grade level and assessment, and results will be shared with families once available through district and/or building communication.
