Hello 5th Grade Families!

This year is a special year full of many privileges - one of which is an exciting week at science camp. Science camp will be from October 27-30, 2026 at Camp Campbell this year. The expected family tuition for science camp is $440 per child. We realize that paying $440 at one time can be a burden to families, so we have the following options for payment in place:

1. A one-time payment of $440 payable to the Fammatre HSC by check, cash or venmo (@Fammatre-HSC) will be due 10/12/2026. Include your student’s name, teacher, and science camp in the memo area. If you need to pay by Paypal or credit card, please let us know and we can make arrangements. Credit card payments will be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. Please always use the “family and friends” option when paying via Venmo or PayPal so the

HSC is not penalized with extra fees.

2. You can pay on a payment plan starting in September and ending in October by sending money via venmo (@Fammatre-HSC), check (payable to Fammatre HSC), or cash. Include your student’s name, teacher, and science camp in the memo area. If you need to pay by

Paypal or credit card, please let us know and we can make arrangements.

Total $440

There will also be a few fundraisers specific to 5th grade in the early fall to quickly build up our scholarship fund to cover the large anticipated financial need of getting ALL of our 5th graders to camp. Please plan on participating in those fundraisers and if your budget allows you to pay $25 extra, we would gladly put it toward partial scholarships for those that qualify.
