I completed my Master's Degree in Education in 2010 from the University of Phoenix. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology (I love history and forensics). I was born and raised in San Diego, California where the majority of my family resides.

I married my high school sweetheart, John, in 2012 and have two beautiful children - Melayah and Dean. We have lived in San Jose, California since 2014.

Some of my hobbies include reading, crocheting, hiking, going to the beach, origami, and learning new languages.
