Hello! 

I'm Mrs. Giannini. I am originally from Southern California where I was born and raised. After working with children at a young age and realizing I had a passion for teaching, I attended Pepperdine University where I earned a Master’s Degree in Education. I have been an educator for the past 16 years and I have taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade. 

As a lifelong learner, I enjoy attending trainings that allow me to provide exceptional instruction. Some of my additional certifications include GLAD (Guided Language Acquisition and Design), Thinking Maps, Project Based Learning, and Gate Icons for Depth and Complexity. In my classroom, my students collaborate, communicate, and think critically through their assignments. I teach my students that with a positive attitude and perseverance, they can achieve their academic goals!

When I am not teaching, I can be found outdoors skiing, hiking, or traveling with my husband and our dog Luke.
