• ISEF Forms (these forms are required to be filled out thoroughly and signed by parent and adult sponsor (Mrs. Newman or Mrs. Dean). Please have them printed out and given to Mrs. Newman on Friday, Feb. 2nd. All participants need Form 1, 1A, and 1B. Some will need more--I will talk to these groups.
