MEMBER Requirements

• Strongly encouraged clubhouse attendance at least two-three times a month

  • Students are welcome to study/build with partners or a larger group at clubhouse or on their own

• Regular progress checks for study events and build events!

• Minimum tournament attendance:

  • CHS Invitational, Raisbeck Aviation Invitational, and Regionals

• Student volunteering opportunities:

  • OPTIONAL: Elementary Science Olympiad Day Camps

  • REQUIRED: Division A (Elementary School) Tournament

  • REQUIRED: Division B (Middle School) Tournament

  • OPTIONAL: Sports Concessions For Fundraising 

• Students are expected to notify officers in advance if they cannot attend any required team meeting, tournament, or volunteering opportunity.

• Students must keep passing grades in all classes to remain a SciOly member.

• Costs:

  • $35 ASB fee

  • $35 SciOly membership fee (goes towards tournament costs)

  • $15 team t-shirt (students must wear at competitions)

  • $35 team hoodie (OPTIONAL, alternative to t-shirt)
