Accommodation in Cambridge
During our conference in April, we expect Cambridge to be quite busy with parents of the students visiting at the end of term and the start of the tourist season. As a result, we strongly advise you to book your accommodation when you have a confirmed spot at the conference (see key dates on the homepage).
If you are interested, we have negotiated some rates at two places indicated below. Otherwise you can obviously search for accommodation by using your preferred booking site/search engine or via your preferred agency.
We have negotiated special rates at Hyatt Centric Hotel in Eddington (15 min walk from the Kavli Institue, in the opposite direction of the town centre), for £130 inc. VAT per room per night (Bed & Breakfast). For booking your accommodation, please follow the booking link here. The booking link will be valid until 45-day prior to the conference, with a deadline of 7 March 2024. Reservations are cancellable for free within 14 days of arrival and are non-refundable afterwards. Breakfast is included even if not mentioned on the web.
There is also very limited availability at the Moller Institute (very close to the Kavli Institute and to the town centre), and with which we have negotiated a rate of £110 single occupancy or £130 double occupancy per night on a Bed and Breakfast basis.
