PRESENTING YOUR TALK

Slides are best displayed in 16:9 format

ONLINE SPEAKERS

You can present your talk as usual over Zoom.
Please join the Zoom call well before the start of your session to check your connectivity and slides.

If you have issues with the above link, please check the email you have used to register for the meeting ID and password.

ON-SITE SPEAKERS

In order to present your slides on-site you can use your own laptop (USB-C or HDMI connections ) or with the Hoyle Lecture Theatre AV system. If you use the Hoyle Lecture Theatre AV system we kindly ask you to submit your slides in advance
through this website. 

Supported file formats are: PDF, PowerPoint and OpenDocument (e.g. LibreOffice).

In order for the LOC to upload your talk in time for your session,
we kindly ask you submit the slides by the end of the previous session
(or before 8:30 am for talks scheduled for the first session on the day).
