Getting there from KICC
Clare College is located in central Cambridge, approximately 40 minutes’ walk from KICC, or around 10 minutes by bicycle, depending on the route and traffic.
Bus
Local bus services connect the KICC / West Cambridge area with central Cambridge, with typical journey times of around 25–30 minutes. Possible services include the Park & Ride bus and the U1 / U2 University bus, with a short walk at either end of the journey. Participants are encouraged to check Google Maps or the local bus timetable shortly before travelling.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Cambridge and may be a convenient option, particularly in poor weather. The journey from KICC to Clare College is usually short, although extra time should be allowed during busy periods.
Bike
Cycling is one of the easiest ways to travel around Cambridge. Several cycle hire options are available in the city. Clare College is approximately 10 minutes by bicycle from KICC.
