Professor Jenny Gibson
Professor Jenny Gibson

Dr Gibson is Professor of Neurodiversity and Developmental Psychology at the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge. Jenny leads the Play and Communication Lab research group, is a co-director of the centre for research on Play in Education, Development and Learning (PEDAL), and a co-director of the Centre for Human-Inspired Artificial Intelligence (CHIA). Most of her research investigates the link between linguistic and social aspects of child development, usually with neurodivergence, play and mental health as key topics. Jenny is also a qualified speech and language therapist, specialising in autism and developmental language disorder.

Dr Munyaka is an Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Diego, and leads the Ujima S&P Research Lab. Her research interests include Public Policy, Security Education, Voting Technologies, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Accessibility, and Minorities in STEM. Her goal is to alleviate the security and privacy concerns of those most vulnerable
