Alongside her research, Kyleigh is the Salvesen Mindroom Research Centre’s Media and Communications Officer and an Early Career Research Associate for the Engage with Developmental Language Disorder (E-DLD) Project.

Frida Johansson Metso (Sweden) is a licensed psychologist and coordinator of the Swedish Red Cross Competence Centre for Rehabilitation of Torture and War Trauma, based at the Swedish Red Cross University. Johansson Metso has extensive clinical experience in trauma treatment for people with forced migration backgrounds and currently coordinates the Swedish Red Cross’s treatment research. Patrícia Alves-Oliveira is an Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan, and leads the Robot Studio Research Lab. Her goal is to use robots as tools to learn about humans, to use multidisciplinary methods from computer engineering, psychology, and design, to build robots for physical and mental health, education, and the arts, and to make robots that are intentional in their function and aesthetically beautiful.
