Kyleigh Melville

University of Edinburgh

Melville (she/her) is a PhD Candidate at Univ. of Edinburgh/Univ. of Birmingham researching school staff and neurodivergent students’ experiences with multi-sensory environments using mixed, community-informed and participatory approaches. Alongside her research, Kyleigh is the Salvesen Mindroom Research Centre’s Media and Communications Officer and an Early Career Research Associate for the Engage with Developmental Language Disorder (E-DLD) Project.

Dr. Imani Munyaka

University of California, San Diego

Dr Munyaka is an Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Diego, and leads the Ujima S&P Research Lab. Her research interests include Public Policy, Security Education, Voting Technologies, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Accessibility, and Minorities in STEM. Her goal is to alleviate the security and privacy concerns of those most vulnerable

Frida Johansson Metso

Swedish Red Cross University

Frida Johansson Metso (Sweden) is a licensed psychologist and coordinator of the Swedish Red Cross Competence Centre for Rehabilitation of Torture and War Trauma, based at the Swedish Red Cross University. Johansson Metso has extensive clinical experience in trauma treatment for people with forced migration backgrounds and currently coordinates the Swedish Red Cross’s treatment research. Dr. Patrícia Alves-Oliveira

University of Michigan

Patrícia Alves-Oliveira is an Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan, and leads the Robot Studio Research Lab. Her goal is to use robots as tools to learn about humans, to use multidisciplinary methods from computer engineering, psychology, and design, to build robots for physical and mental health, education, and the arts, and to make robots that are intentional in their function and aesthetically beautiful.
