Student Worksheet that guides students in notetaking and answering questions about the content. You may choose to use this depending on how you are asking students to engage with the content.
Faculty Guide that includes various learning outcomes, journaling prompts, and discussion questions that leaders may want to use with students to engage with the practice.
Spiritual Formation document that includes background and suggested discussion questions for the Christian practices at the root of the described practices.
You may also find this response rubric useful for evaluating any journaling prompts you decide to include.
