Module 9

The objective of this project was to learn how to make a survey and how the responses in it influence positive change in a business. This project taught me that feedback is the key to learning what the customer needs and wants from a business. The challenge I faced when I was doing this project was thinking of effective questions to put on the survey that would get the information I needed to improve. The impact of this project was that I learned to use Google Forms and how to make a proper survey to get the right feedback.
