By Air: If you plan to fly in, the nearest airport to the venue is Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport or Kolkata Airport (IATA Code - CCU). The airport is about 20 km (12.5 miles) from the venue.
By Train: The nearest railway stations are Sealdah Station, Howrah Station, Shalimar Station and Santragachi Station.
From Kolkata Airport: The best way is to book an app cab, such as Uber, Ola, inDrive, Yatri Saathi. Depending on traffic and the time of day, the drive should take around 45-60 minutes and costs about INR 600.
From Sealdah Station: Cab will take 20 minutes to reach. Alternatively, public buses are available which cost INR 15 and take about 35 minutes. Bus numbers are 45, 223, 240 and 240/1. You have to walk 500 meters to reach the Bus stop (in front of the NRS Hospital Gate) from the station. Get off the bus at Ballygunge Phari and walk a few yards along Ballygunge circular road to reach the venue.
From Howrah Station: Apart from the cab, there are two public transport options. The first one is Metro. Take a metro (green line) towards Esplanade Metro Station and from there, transfer to the blue line and proceed towards Hazra More (Jatin Das Park Metro Station). Outside the metro station, you will find shared autorickshaws to take you to the venue. The other option is by bus. Board a bus from Howrah Station that heads to Hazra More.
From Shalimar Station: The bus stop is 1 km away from the station. The only bus, named B. Garden-Barasat, will drop you off at Hazra More. You will find shared autorickshaws to take you to the venue.
From Santragachi Station: Most of the buses from this station will drop you off at the Exide Bus Stop at A.J.C. Bose Road and Chowringhee Road Crossing. From there, you will find a lot of buses towards Hazra More. You can also find the metro (blue line) from Exide (Rabindra Sadan Metro Station).
